EEX explores the possible launch of cheese indices for multiple cheese varieties. The initiative, which is being conducted with support from major operators in the European dairy supply chain, aims to develop a robust and regulated method for the regular publication of benchmark prices for Europe’s leading “commodity” cheeses.
