Bel launch a range of plant-based cheese alternatives under the brand „Nurishh“ in April in Germany. The line bases on the acquisition of start-up All in Foods in June 2020 that has been developing recipes and production processes since 2013 in Saint-Nazaire, France. Bel will launch slices in „nature“ and „cheddar“ taste, a vegan soft cheese alternative and a 3 kg block of „hard cheese“ especially for sale in cheese countres. All products can be heated, and they contain calcium and vitamin B12 to overcome nutritional disadvantages generally associated with dairy alternatives.
