British ice cream manufacturer Jude’s claims to be carbon-negative. The Hampshire-based company says it removes 10% more carbon dioxide from the atmosphere than is emitted. For those emissions that cannot currently be reduced, Jude’s “removes” carbon from the atmosphere through compensation in partnerships and conservation projects.
