British ice cream manufacturer Jude’s claims to be carbon-negative. The Hampshire-based company says it removes 10% more carbon dioxide from the atmosphere than is emitted. For those emissions that cannot currently be reduced, Jude’s “removes” carbon from the atmosphere through compensation in partnerships and conservation projects. For this, the company works with expert Professor Mike Berners-Lee, Small World Consulting. By 2030, Jude’s aims to reduce its carbon intensity by 43%. (Source: Foodbev media)
