Ekosem-Agrar AG, the German holding company of the Ekoniva Group, which specialises in milk production in Russia, achieved sales revenues of €613m in the first nine months of the 2022 financial year, 59% more than in the same period of the previous year (previous year: €386m). At 59 % (€361m), raw milk production again generated the highest share of total revenue (previous year: 63 % or €243m. Revenues in the milk processing sector rose particularly strongly with an increase of 98 % to €109m (previous year €55m).
Operating revenue (turnover plus changes in ploughed land and changes in the value and inventory of finished goods and work in progress and biological assets and other operating income) increased to €753m (previous year €502m in the first nine months of 2022. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased by 58 % to €258m.
