Spray Dryer Inspection
Our inspectors are trained to perform inspections
of large vessels by using rope access techniques.
The inspection will reveal microcracks, pits,
corrosion and organic residues and provide a full

Heat exchanger inspection
Full integrity test of heat exchangers without
opening the equipment. The inspection includes
a Leakage Test, an Organic Residue Test and
a cleaning of the energy side. The combination
of tests will minimize cross-contamination
risks (internal and external) and risk of product
contamination from residues on the plates. In
addition, cleaning the media side will improve
energy efficiency.
Tank inspection
Performing Tank Integrity Tests on a regular
basis provides information about the hygienic
conditions of your vessels and allows you to
make more accurate risk assessments for the
processing line. Integrity testing is relevant for
new and operational tanks, vats, silos, dryers.
Dynamic inspection intervals can be set in
accordance with the risk related to the tank and
the actual hygienic condition.
